PAIN DIARY

as of july 2025, i'm applying for basically disability pay so i can get a fat check for my broken back and brokjen hands lul. my friend told me this is a good idea and a good way of showing evidence and i want to, so this is my pain diary (basically documents how much pain i am in per day) this is for my use and for my doctors use and i couldnt think of a better place to put it lol

7/6/2025: I am feeling okay!! my back hasnt hurt much, i have taken my prescribed painkillers, i went out and had lunch with said friend and did some chores around the house. yesterday was also very good and i did alot of housework! yay! (got some little treats for myself while out because of this like plushies and gachapons)
